Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely.

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Costaa gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:
Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the item is faulty. All other products in our collection (Accessories, Gloves, Pants, Shirts, Sunglasses, T-shirts, and Vests) are eligible for return.
How to Return or Exchange
- Submit a Return Request by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization – We’ll email you with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Package Your Item securely with the original packaging and include your order confirmation or a copy of your email.
- Ship Your Return to our warehouse address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refund credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your desired size
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original (standard shipping rates apply for the new item)

Damaged or Faulty Items
