Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the item is faulty. All other products in our collection (Accessories, Gloves, Pants, Shirts, Sunglasses, T-shirts, and Vests) are eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for our Return Authorization email with instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package your item securely with the original packaging and include your order confirmation or a copy of your email.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your desired size
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original (standard shipping rates apply for the new item)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
